Ayurveda & Yoga for Athletes
So you’ve heard speak about the benefits of ‘Yoga for Athletes’ but don’t know where to start? Or you’ve heard of Ayurveda in general but are not sure what it can really do for you? Then this 8-hour workshop is exactly what you need!
Whether you are an athlete or working with athletes as a coach, manager, or doctor, this workshop will provide you with all the necessary Ayurvedic insights required in order to speed up recovery, up your mental game and improve performance.
Divided into two sessions of four hours each, this workshop combines relevant theory and practice that covers all the basics of Yoga and Ayurveda for athletes. Held by Jonas, the event can be conducted in English or German (depending on the participants) and is open to everyone interested. No prior knowledge or experience with either Yoga or Ayurveda required.
And if you and your team (5+ athletes) decide to join our weekly Yoga sessions for a minimum of three months, we'll reimburse you the registration fee of the workshop.
