Running Technique Workshop

Would you and your running-buddies like to improve your running technique? You are planning an event and would like to offer insights on how a truly efficient running style should look like? This 2-hour workshop breaks down the gait-cycle, helping you understand which are the focal points of a good running style. Key exercises will be practiced and then individually analysed using video to observe motion in detail.

 

Workshop group size: ideally 2-5 people, but can be adapted to bigger groups.
